Think Before You Meet is a project that has arisen from the collective minds of Team Na Cuig – a product of CRH’s 2023 EDP for South West & Wales. Na Cuig is Gaelic for ‘The Five’ and is a tip of the hat to CRH’s Irish roots.

Our goal is to enhance the quality of business meetings across the group and a six-month project has culminated in the video and resource guidance found on this website, as well as posters that we hope to display in meeting spaces around the country.

Our journey has taken us from some low ebbs to some of the highest peaks and has been a labour of love for us all. Hopefully you find some benefit from the product of our work.
